Chris Cassidy leads the financial institution business development teams for LPL Financial. He works with banks, credit unions, and other financial services firms to optimize their wealth management businesses and create value for their clients. This includes innovative operating model solutions and strategies for creating efficiency, reducing risk, optimizing the advisor and client experience, and increasing contribution to the broader organization.

Mr. Cassidy has been in the financial services industry for nearly two decades. Prior to joining LPL, he was managing director at Green State Credit Union overseeing a variety of lines of business, including wealth management, mergers and acquisitions, and Fintech partnerships. He also worked at Wells Fargo Private Bank in Arizona as regional private banking manager, leading the firm’s high-net-worth practice and he was managing director at SunTrust Private Wealth Management in Washington D.C. where he launched a healthcare-focused private bank for physicians and their medical practices.

Mr. Cassidy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from California State University, Fullerton. He resides with his wife Simone and sons Maxwell, Marshall, and Meyer in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

Jordan Benham’s role is to work with LPL’s institution clients and prospects to understand their complex needs and implement solutions that meet their strategic objectives.

Mr. Benham joined LPL in 2010 and has held various roles within the Business Development organization, focused exclusively on bank and credit union partnerships. He currently manages a team of sales engineers who serve as technical business partners to our sales officers. This team consults with program leaders about best practices and industry trends. They also manage an internal network of key business partners throughout LPL.

Mr. Benham earned a Bachelor of Art from the University of New Hampshire and currently holds FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses. He lives in the Charlotte, North Carolina area with his wife Christina and four children.

Carolyn Bradshaw serves large institutions with above $50 billion in assets. She utilizes her extensive experience in sales management, recruiting, and business analysis, to engage executives on ways to optimize wealth management within their institution ecosystem. Through her commitment to a consultative approach, Mrs. Bradshaw guides institutions in establishing an operating model with LPL as a broker-dealer partner that provides a leading client and advisor experience.

Prior to joining LPL, Mrs. Bradshaw was an assistant division director with Raymond James Financial Institutions Division, where she was responsible for new business development for the Western U.S. Prior, she was a regional director leading teams to support transitions of UBS Financial Services advisors. She began her career in finance in 2008 as a financial advisor with UBS Financial Services, later moving into a role supporting the complex management team through sales management, recruiting, and practice management efforts.

Mrs. Bradshaw earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University. She currently holds her FINRA Series 7, 31, 66, 9, and 10. Carolyn resides in St. Petersburg, Florida with her husband and two sons.

Britany Arnold supports large institutions with at least $40 billion in assets. She works hand in hand with Carolyn Bradshaw on LPL’s institutional clients and prospects to understand their complex needs and implement solutions that meet their strategic objectives.

Prior to joining LPL, Britany was the Director of Operations with Raymond James Financial Institutions Division, where she was responsible for running multiple work streams from executing contracts to managing conversion activity. Britany spent 12 years at Raymond James, spending most of that time working with financial institutions on efficiencies and conversions. Prior to Raymond James, Britany started in the industry in 2008 as a Financial Services Representative with First Investors Corporation in Tampa.

Britany earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University. She currently holds her FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, 24, 9/10 and life/annuity insurance license. Britany originally hails from Tampa, Florida and recently moved to Chicago, IL where she enjoys traveling, reading, and long walks with her dog, Finn.

Ed Dominguez works with the executive leaders of credit unions and their investment program leaders, showing them how to maximize their member experience and grow their wealth offerings through a partnership with LPL Financial.

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Mr. Dominguez spent eight years with Broadview FCU as Director of Wealth Management and Director of Retail Banking & Investments. Mr. Dominguez was responsible for the credit union’s investment program, premier member offering, and was the retail banking chief of staff for one of the largest credit unions in New York state. In a financial services career spanning more than 25 years, he also worked at Pioneer Bank as an Investment Executive and as a Financial Advisor, Branch Financial Planning coordinator at Morgan Stanley’s Albany, NY office.

After joining LPL, he spent 4 years working for the firm’s Institution Services Relationship Management team as a strategic consultant, managing the firm’s most complex financial institution relationships. He is also a key contributor to the firm’s development of a unified wealth solution.

Originally from New York, Mr. Dominguez earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, 31, 63, and 65 licenses and is registered through LPL. In 2017 he received the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation and is also a Six Sigma Yellow Belt. In his free time he enjoys playing golf and soccer, flying, and spending time with family.

Ryan May is responsible for leading technology consultation and demonstrations for the Financial Institutional Business Development Team at LPL Financial.

Mr. May’s tenure at LPL Financial began in 2011 as part of the Advisor Facing Technology team, which lead the development and rollout of the ClientWorks advisor workstation, used by Institutions and their teams today. In addition, he trained new and existing advisors on how to use and implement ClientWorks and its suite of tools into their business as part of the Advisor Learning & Development department. Preceding his current role, he managed the Merger & Acquisition Transition Support team, which onboarded and acclimated new, large-scale programs to LPL, including Lucia Capital, EK Riley, Waddell & Reed, and CUNA Mutual Group.

Prior to LPL Financial, Mr. May worked for nearly a decade in Finance and Accounting for the corporate office of Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. in San Diego, California. He currently lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, and holds a Series 7 license.
